Provide technical and logistical support to a variety of electronic mediums. Managed two fiber optic distance learning rooms named RAITN (Rochester Area Interactive Telecommunications Network) and one ISDN distance learning site called Westnet. In conjunction with Monroe BOCES #1, collaborated with other sites in the interactive distance learning environment through videoconferencing ensuring optimal conditions for educators and students. Managed a 7-site bridging hub linking internal and outside clients creating a revenue stream into the department. Researched, tested and implemented new equipment within this rapidly evolving medium of information exchange. Other duties included hiring and managing student employees, maintaining department web site, and overseeing office operations.
